In the wake of the Coronavirus Pandemic, many workers have been furloughed for extended periods of time. With lockdown in place having lots of time off is not always as great as it sounds (especially with today’s weather!).
Did you know that if your staff are furloughed you can ask them to undertake training within their furlough pay? This encourages engagement and personal and professional development.
So, HMRC have put together their Skills Toolkit – it is selection of online courses run by several different providers. The courses are around digital and numeracy skills and varying skill levels. They are self paced and absolutely free!
