Payroll Manager

Fresh Financials offer flexible outsourced Bookkeeping and Financial Services to SMEs across the country. We are very excited to be in a position to offer a unique job opportunity. Fresh Financials is a team of 8 offering daily bookkeeping to all our clients – we ensure that every client has up-to-date financial information every single day! We use cutting-edge technology to ensure we are always efficient and accurate.

We only work with Xero Accounting Software. Xero is a powerful cloud-based software that helps businesses take full control of their finances and make real-time business decisions. We are very proud to be a Gold Partner. It really is beautiful accounting – Numbers shouldn’t be this much fun! If you have a knowledge of Xero then you must apply, if not there is still time to learn. Finding the right person to fill the role is foremost. We are looking for someone to fulfil up to 25 hours per week. With the potential to become full-time, you must be able to work the last 2 weeks of every calendar month.

The successful candidate will:

● Understand the fundamentals of all aspects of payroll and the ability to run
payroll across multiple clients of varying sizes
● Keep up to date with relevant payroll/HMRC Compliance
● Confidence in Pensions and auto enrolment
● SMP
● SSP
● Preferable to have HR basic knowledge
● P11D’s
● Converse with HMRC

Our founder, Emma, will decide based on your CV and video if she thinks you suit our values. You’ll then have a chance to get to know more about her and the Fresh Financials team and let your passion shine through in a zoom interview

Either in person or through zoom, you’ll get to meet some of the people you could be working alongside, followed by a formal interview with our Client Managers Lucy and Elizabeth to see if you’ll be moved to the next stage
