How Converting from Quickbooks to Xero Works
Firstly, I want you to know that I understand changing accounting software can be daunting. You probably have concerns about how the process works. Rest assured, I make Quickbooks to Xero conversions seamless, stress-free and successful.
Step 1)
We’ll talk about your situation in detail and pick a date for the conversion.
Step 2)
If we are transferring Mid-Year:
I will pull across your current years transactions e.g. sales, purchase, VAT and bank reconciliations.
If we are transferring at Year End:
You can choose whether to bring across your previous years data (e.g. sales, purchase bank reconciliations etc.) or start with your opening balance sheet figures.
For both options you have the choice of bringing across as much or as little historical data (contacts, chart of accounts, aged debtors, aged payables etc.) as you wish.
Step 3)
There is no step 3! It really is that simple.
All I need from you is an up to date copy of your Quickbooks data at the agreed conversion date and I take care of the rest.
